About the Family

Thoughtful, first-time parents in San Francisco are seeking a full-time nanny for their infant son. Both parents are highly engaged, hands-on, and value building a strong, respectful partnership with their nanny.

This is a long-term role (1–2+ years) for someone who is reliable, calm, observant, and deeply attuned to a child’s development. The family is looking for a nanny who not only provides excellent care, but also brings thoughtful insight into their child’s growth and daily rhythms.

The home environment is collaborative, considerate, and low-pressure. There is no expectation to stay constantly “busy” when the baby is resting. The focus is on quality of care, not constant activity.
