Schedule
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: ~7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Typical Responsibilities
Childcare
Provide attentive, safety-focused care for the child.
Manage feeding (bottles → solids progression), diapering, and naps.
Maintain a consistent daily routine aligned with the family’s preferences and developmental needs.
Support transitions as the child grows (sleep, feeding, mobility).
Development & Engagement
Support early developmental milestones (motor skills, cognitive, social).
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (indoor + outdoor).
Take the child to local activities (e.g., music classes, gym/play spaces, walks).
Encourage exploration, independence, and curiosity in a safe environment.
Observation & Communication
Provide thoughtful updates on sleep, feeding, behavior, and development.
Share observations and insights (not just reporting, but interpretation).
Partner with parents to adjust routines and support developmental progress.
Child-Related Household Tasks
Baby laundry.
Bottle cleaning and preparation.
Organizing baby items (clothing, supplies, inventory).
Tidying play areas and maintaining order in baby-related spaces.
Nice to Have
Experience introducing solids and supporting healthy eating habits.
Familiarity with baby sign language (or openness to learning).
Baby-related meal preparation.
Comfortable picking up small baby-related items (e.g., quick store runs).

Experience & Requirements
Strong infant care experience (multiple years preferred)
Experience supporting development into toddler years
CPR and First Aid certification (current or willing to renew)
Up-to-date core vaccinations (MMR, TDAP, etc.)
Authorized to work in the U.S. This is W2 position.
Able to pass a background check
English fluency
Non-smoker
Nice to Have
These qualifications will be considered a bonus:
Mexican-Spanish speaking fluency (preferred but not required).
Background in early childhood education, preschool, or similar experience.
Experience with developmental frameworks or milestone-based care.
Comfortable using apps / tools for communication and tracking.
Home Environment

The nanny will be encouraged to take the child on regular outings and engage with the local community.
Compensation & Benefits
