About the Role

Nanny Spark Agency is seeking a compassionate, patient, and highly experienced Night Nanny to care for a newborn in a loving Waterloo home. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in newborn care, overnight feeding, and soothing techniques to ensure the baby’s comfort and the family’s peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to the newborn during overnight hours

• Feed, burp, change, and comfort the baby as needed

• Monitor and track the baby’s sleep, feeding, and diaper changes

• Maintain a clean and organized sleep environment

• Offer guidance to parents on newborn sleep routines and care best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience caring for newborns, especially in overnight roles

• CPR/First Aid certified (infant-specific)

• Knowledge of safe sleep practices and infant development

• Calm, reliable, and adaptable demeanor

• Non-smoker and comfortable in a pet-friendly home (if applicable)
