About the Family

A warm, thoughtful family in downtown Mountain View is hiring a full-time nanny for their 16-month-old son. This is a long-term role intended to last 1+ years. Mom is currently home, so the nanny should be comfortable working in a parent-at-home household and partnering closely with parents.

Their son is expressive, curious, and very engaged with books. The home is Montessori-inspired and values child-led exploration, responsive care, respectful boundaries, and supporting independence at the baby's pace.

The nanny should be warm, attuned, developmentally engaged, and comfortable with attachment-informed care. This role is best suited for someone with a growth mindset who is open to learning the family's preferred care approach and adjusting as the baby grows. Mandarin language exposure is a nice to have — especially through books, songs, play, and daily routines.
