Job Description

This is not a casual babysitting job. This is a career-level nanny + household role for someone who takes pride in running a home like a well-oiled machine and caring for kids with intention, warmth, and skill.

If you're the kind of nanny who shows up early, notices the details others miss, thinks two steps ahead, and loves structure and fun — read on. If you're often late, wing your days, or see house care as beneath you, this won't be a fit.

Compensation

  • $32–$38/hour, based on experience, skill set, and fit.
  • Paid weekly.
  • Long-term stability with a respectful, professional family.

  • Wake kids and guide the morning routine.
  • Start laundry as needed.
  • Kitchen reset: wipe table, empty dishwasher.
  • Clean cat litter box.
  • Drive children to school (15–20 min drive, drop-off by 7:50 AM).

Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Light housekeeping — children's areas, kitchen, bed-making, dining cleanup.
  • Daily 1 load of laundry.
  • Feed cats per schedule.
  • Dinner prep for the family.
  • Daily school pickups.
  • Grocery shopping 1x/week (list + payment provided).
  • Errands as requested.

Optional Evening Support (Paid Hourly)

  • 1–2 date nights/week.
  • Stay until 8:30–9:00 PM.
  • Handle dinner, bedtime routine, and putting kids to bed.
