Job Description
This is not a casual babysitting job. This is a career-level nanny + household role for someone who takes pride in running a home like a well-oiled machine and caring for kids with intention, warmth, and skill.

Compensation
- $32–$38/hour, based on experience, skill set, and fit.
- Paid weekly.

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
You set the tone for the entire family's day.
- Prepare breakfast for the children.
- Prepare and pack school lunches.
- Wake kids and guide the morning routine.
- Start laundry as needed.
- Kitchen reset: wipe table, empty dishwasher.
- Clean cat litter box.
- Drive children to school (15–20 min drive, drop-off by 7:50 AM).
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Light housekeeping — children's areas, kitchen, bed-making, dining cleanup.
- Daily 1 load of laundry.
- Feed cats per schedule.
- Dinner prep for the family.
- Daily school pickups.
- Grocery shopping 1x/week (list + payment provided).
- Errands as requested.
Optional Evening Support (Paid Hourly)
- 1–2 date nights/week.
- Stay until 8:30–9:00 PM.
- Handle dinner, bedtime routine, and putting kids to bed.

- Live-out position.
- Must live within 20 minutes of the family.
- Long-term availability required.
- Open to two nannies splitting shifts.
- Flexibility for evening date-night coverage is important.
