About the Family
A warm, thoughtful family in San Francisco's Rincon Hill neighborhood is seeking an experienced full-time live-in nanny for their 17-month-old son. They are looking for someone highly reliable, developmentally engaged, and caring — with the confidence to hold a full-day routine independently.
Their son is social, curious, and loves exploring. The family wants a nanny who creates a nurturing environment while actively supporting his development through outdoor time, indoor activities, reading, narration, social exposure, and age-appropriate independence-building.
The family values a true nanny-parent partnership. They would love someone experienced enough to bring thoughtful observations, notice what their son is ready for next — potty training, feeding independence, communication milestones — and proactively raise those conversations.
This is a live-in role for a nanny who enjoys becoming a trusted, consistent part of a family's daily rhythm while maintaining a clearly defined work schedule and off-duty time.
