Hours: 12 consistent hours/week + Opportunity to expand to 20-25 hours/week during summer

Schedule

School Year

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3:00–6:00 PM
Saturday or Sunday: 12:00–3:00 PM

The family is flexible about whether the weekend shift is on Saturday or Sunday.

Summer

Monday-Friday: 5 hours/day

About the Role

We’re looking for a nanny who truly enjoys playing with kids — running around, piggyback rides, being silly, and creating fun activities together.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active play, outdoor activities, and engaging kids without relying on screens.

The family hopes to find someone reliable, patient, and playful who can become part of their lives and ideally stay at least one year.

This position works especially well for college students studying education, psychology, speech therapy, or child development.

About the Kids

The family has two energetic 7-year-old twin boys who thrive with caregivers that enjoy active play.

They love:

• Riding bikes and scooters

• Backyard games

• Parks and outdoor play

• Sensory activities

• Trampoline parks

• Silly, physical play

They respond best to caregivers who are warm, playful, and comfortable setting gentle boundaries.

Responsibilities

Keep the boys engaged through fun, active play such as:

• Outdoor activities and park outings

• Backyard games and movement-based play

• Creative or sensory activities

Other responsibilities include:

• Serving simple after-school snacks (mainly requires heating up food).

• Tidying toys and activity areas after play.

• Folding the children’s laundry.

The family has house cleaners, so no general housework is required.

Requirements

• Prior childcare experience (babysitting, camp, daycare, etc.).

• Non-smoker.

• Background check required.
